4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active jjjj55 Account at any time. The simultaneous operation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate Account exists in your name, contact jjjj55 support immediately.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your jjjj55 login credentials, including your username/mobile number and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. jjjj55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. jjjj55 may, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered contact details, levy an administrative maintenance fee on inactive Account balances in accordance with applicable law. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be archived.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. For JazzCash and EasyPaisa, the current minimum deposit is PKR 100. For bank transfers, the minimum is PKR 500. For USDT TRC20, the minimum is the equivalent of approximately USD 5. Maximum deposit limits are set at the Account level and may be adjusted following KYC verification and account tier review.

5.3 Deposit Fees

jjjj55 does not charge fees on deposits made to your jjjj55 wallet. However, your chosen payment provider may apply their own network or transaction fees, which are your responsibility. For USDT TRC20 deposits, blockchain network fees (gas fees) are payable by the sender and are not covered by jjjj55.

5.4 Deposit Source Requirements

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jjjj55 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits originating from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed the full KYC verification process. A Player with a pending or incomplete KYC submission may deposit and play but will not be able to process a withdrawal until KYC is satisfactorily completed. jjjj55 recommends completing KYC immediately after registration to avoid any delay when you are ready to withdraw winnings.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Restriction

7.1 General Bonus Principles

In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.4 Bonus Expiry

jjjj55 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action, to suspend or permanently close any Player Account where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected;
• The Account is involved in or suspected of involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity;
• KYC documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe;
• The Player is found to be located in a Restricted Territory;
• The Player is identified as an underage user;
